Rang the number back, they just said "hello" and they were cagy about saying who they were. When pressed they said they were an energy company.
This number called my mobile; attempts to call back have failed. Based on other web searches, this number is suspect.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1916719xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, car accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

I think the chap said he was calling from Instant Law and was calling about the "not your fault accident claim" in January of lat year. I said he had the wrong number to which he said it might be to do with a window replacement claim. He could not give me a car registration or the name of an insurance company so I told him I couldn't help him. He hung up.
Who called ? more than once. A number I did not recognise. Did not answer but checked here.Clearly nuisance caller. Thank you.
