Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14136721xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

I keep getting recorded calls asking if I want energy efficient replacement windows under a government scheme. At the end of the message there is an option to press a single digit number on your phone (I think 7) to be taken off the calling list.
