Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17928236xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI claims call centre from Swansea, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interest

Involved in a car accident recently, they introduce themselves with a name, not sure if fake name i.e. Amy...When you question them about how they got your number, they just hang up!!!!
