The second I said I had not the voice changed to an automated response in a totally different voice saying Thank you for your time, have a nice day and disconnected.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137528xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI / Back on track loans / accident chasers from Liverpool. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
Had phone call today from an indian guy could not even pronounce my name properly,wanted to know if I had funeral plans and wanted to give me price details told him not interested and put the phone down.
