I have been receiving calls from this number and they keep hanging up on me I have tracked them down and they are a owned by Creditfix Ltd and there number is 0141 565 1403 Get ring them back

Claimed to be Scottish Power. I have no dealings with Scottish Power so assume scammer.

I keep trying to ring the number back but always says line busy, how much deposit did you pay and did you definitely get confirmation back? Scared it's not all its cut out ...

Web development company from India using a false UK landline number. This is now the 70th call from an overseas company after registering a domain name yesterday. As a web development company of many years standing, we have never had this hassle before when registering new domain names for our clients. These people are like vultures!!!! I can t blame them for trying but for goodness sake, DO IT ABOVE BOARD, STOP HIDING BEHIND FAKE UK NUMBERS!!!

Said "this is BT Technical Department", at which point I hung up.

someone from this number called 4 times in succession, even though they were told we were not interested in what they had to offer. I think he was probably trying to commit fraud.

Called into my office at a large corporate, asking for the husband of a former colleague who left the business 2 years ago.

Random call, not recognised so left answer machine to pick up, then called ended call no message either

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. If they are, perhaps others will not follow their example. I do not worry for myself, but people who fall for their smooth talking. Got an automated message about being able to right of debt provided you can afford ?70 per month. As pointed out this is a new number for a new year. Don t answer just block.

Be careful it is a scam! They say that they are from Scottish Power but after the call I called my energy supplier and the operator said me that this is a fake number

i know for a fact that SKY has gave this company my details sky provided my phone/internet nobody had the landline apart from one friend only defence give these big companys false details so they cant pass on your details to fraudsters
