Text received from this number stating suspicious activity on my Paypal account and that they had suspended my account to prevent any fraudulent activity and to follow a link to lift the block. Clearly an attempt to get access to the Paypal account as i dont use it.

SPAM Called me 8 times today between 11:35am and 1:03pm. The first 2 times disturbing my child who u was trying to get to nap. I eventually answered the call and they said something about financial services ltd Number blocked If it's important leave a voicemail, and not just a voicemail where all I can hear is you breathing!

Woman with a foreign accent called purporting to be from British Telecom and referring to my Internet connection. I did not let her proceed any further and indicated that I did not have the Internet. She apologised and turn up. I tested the number and it it does not exist, according to the message. Another scam I suspect.

01704524912 Says she is Area co-ordinator for local crime stoppers. Asked for their number, and she hung up. Foreign accent. Called number, but not in service.

Another possible fraud from supposedly post office saying couldn’t deliver and to rearrange with a postal fee

Fraud : wanting to confirm a ebay purchase and click on a certain number on my keypad.

Automated call Recieved a call from this number threatening it was a Fraud investigation giving me a reference number then directing me to press one to get through to an agent. If I hung up and ignored the call I may end up with a fine or court proceedings.no reference as to what the call was related to? Very strange and no reason why I would even recieve such a call. I ended call without proceeding but want others to watch out for such calls as the ber search brought up nothing in terms of an organisation

Fraud - this number is an establishment who is claiming to be The Halifax Bank and they aren’t. They ask if a transaction has been done that day in a store, it gives the amount and time. I have been caught out before by this, but not this time. And on occasion they come up with the identical number of what the Halifax Bank Fraud Teams actual number is. They are very clever and very dishonest people.

SCAM i don't know anybody in portsmouth so number now blocked & reported as a scammer!

SCAM / SPAM threatening automated call claiming to be from HMRC and that there is fraud investigation and if you don't press one and talk to the "tax officer" a warrant will be issued and you will be arrested shortly

SCAM call from a man with Asian accent who said he was BT Openreach. I asked him if there was a problem with my BT internet. He said yes, how did I know that? I said well why else would you be phoning me? He said it's been running very slow for the last few days to which I replied that it's come to a complete stop because I don't have BT internet. I then told him to do something that I won't repeat and hung up.
