Absolutely fed with these unsolicited calls. I now never answer a call on my landline or my mobile unless I recognise the number. The Regulator and the companies who provide numbers to these cold call companies need to take action.
I answered this call but did not get a response from the other end so I blocked this number as a result.

Got a call from this number today but didnt answer it. Googled it but no records. Called it back on a spare phone and got "Number Not Recognised" message. So it looks like a scam of some kind, designed to make it look like a number from Derby. I'd say "Dangerous" until proved otherwise.
