A quick track back showed multiple old computer network in the same building with VOIP setup in INDIA. A relay point in UK was found aswell (possibly a rented server) . I did enroll a local police force on the adress.

Hawkeye Agency cold calling about accident claims.

Fraud. Located in Clithero. Reported to Clithero police but they couldn't be bothered to investigate and told me to contact the fraud squad instead. They could have caught the culprit but weren't interested.

A recorded voice said something about £200 and to press ...and they would....if no response from me. It had been marked as suspicious. I ignored it.

He opened the call...dont worry I am not selling Gas or electric. He then went on to ask if I wanted to sell my business. I said, if you had done your research properly you would see that I am not the owner, only a director. Head office overseas own it. He still argued with me, anyway on closing teh call I told him to wake up. he was the most NON dynaic person I have ever spoken to on the phone. Robotic voice with an America accent said our IP address had been compromised(???). Ignored and blocked the call.

The blighters rang me again with their wretched recorded message telling me it was not too late to claim. I was under pressure, about to send an urgent email. I want to see these people prosecuted. If I thought I was entitled to a p.p.i. refund I would claim it myself, not pay some parasitic firm to do it for me and get half the money. These people are dangerous. They catch out innocent people.
