I received a call from this number claiming to be calling from a company (don t remember the name of the company) and is calling in relation to an enquiry that I had made online and asked me to confirm DOB and my address for security purposes. I asked what was the enquiry in relation to? He refused to answer and asked for me to confirm my details first. Called from this number asking about my "Microsoft product" very agressive when I said I could not switch on my machine at this time. Very strong accent, difficult to understand. When I asked where they were calling from she just got cross and told me my laptop wouldn t work if I didn t switch it on now!

Indian call center claiming to be O2 and offering me a 30% discount but also asking me to verify that I'm the owner of the phone by text even though they called me. They also wanted me to tell them how much I was paying per month so that they could discount it, if they are from O2 then why would they not know how much I'm paying already? It's a scam, clearly. No matter how much he tried to persuade me otherwise.
When I tried to politely decline advertising, I was told abruptly that the caller would call me again next year! Very aggressive and unnecessary.
