I keep an eye on my credit rating and am debt free. I have received unsolicited calls and texts. Called the number in the texts and asked to call this one - which I didnt. I have not given my name or address to anyone. I find this very fishy. They are a debt collection agency, so have the ability to access my address. After seeking advise, I will wait for them to send me some mail, addressed to me that outlines the reason for their communication.

Fraud. I got a recorded message in an American accent saying that a criminal case has been filed against me for tax evasion. I think I am probably stupid enough to accept this and panic, but I don't believe it and burst out laughing. I think the accent tipped me of 'cause the patter was quite believable(NOT!).

They scammed me out of ?300 & left me penniless over Christmas, they asked for another ?300 I said forget the loan put my ?300 back into my account they were very rude & said I couldn t have my money back.
