Robotic call asked for details of recent transactions and asked me to confirm that they were legit (all via phone keypad. After I answered in the affirmative I was told that I could continue to use the card as usual. On trying to use the card a few days later, it was blocked! Two phone calls to their 'Helpline' later I now have to wait for them to send me a new PIN. Total farce!

Something to do with free hearing tests in your area....quite polite and don't try to unnecessarily keep you on the phone.
They rang me twice and immediately hung up both times.
Subject number was the last of four calls from accident claim companies, all within 90 seconds of me advertising a car for sale on Gumtree.
