A broad accented indian lady called 'Rachel' who doesn't take no for an answer for her attempts to start a PPI claim, had to just hang up - very pushy.

Had a call from this number, asking to speak to my mother. I explained that she is 90 and deaf so could I help, to which I received a very arrogant response that he could only speak to my mother. I told him again she was 90 and if he couldn t speak to me I wasn t going to let him try to speak to her. Fraud Saying my Nat ins number is suspended due to it being connected to an offence. Failure to press 1 and speak to an officer will lead to my national insurance number being suspended, not pressing 1. Outdoor also mean my assets are liable to be stolen. Three Further calls with same recorded message were made from theses numbers. 07584563 followed by 412, 707 and 412. These were over 2 days. I am hoping my service provider can help but not holding my breath.
