Although the number is a London number it would appear it is redirected from a foreign country as the language was not great and any question I asked was answered with a repeated line stating the deal they were offering and not actually answering my question. Called an ex-directory number, had house number and address. They stated I had installed cavity wall insulation that was not fit for purpose (when I haven't). They could send a surveyor etc to inspect etc.

I answered twice and the phone went dead. When I had another call from this number I left it to ring unanswered. It did not ring for long.
I am constantly receiving calls from this number, sometimes only 5 minutes apart. Sometimes a message is left, usually just Hello . Seems to come from a call centre.
