Answered this but left a delay before saying 'hello' and they rang off. Assume that it's a spam number using an automated dialling gadget.

Another cold call to a pensioner who by the time they got there and answered caller had gone!!!

This telephone number keeps ringing for my partner and when I say he is out and can I take a message, they reply no, I will again another time.

recieved 20 calls from that number. they want to claim money back for you, from any old loans you have had.

Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. An Indian man calling from ?Remote Security? and enquiring about a ?computer or laptop in your house? I told him we didn?t have either and he carried on trying to talk, so I repeated that we didn?t have either and to not call again and he hung up. Expecting a call again tomorrow as that?s what happened last time I told them not to call

it s a company called Simply Financial and they are one of these Debt assistance companies. I finally got them to stop calling my number.

Phone rang from this number (9 Jan 19 approx. 09:15). No reply from other end when I answered.

Had call after call day after day,on Mobile then Land Line straight after. will not answer the phone after reading other comments

Made an enquiry last month, they said they will not call or pester and it will be up to me to get back in touch. Continue to receive at least 1 call per day.

Answered this call and was met with a dialling tone ... Googling the number showed it to be linked to "Ambulance Chasers". They won t get a chance to call again as I ve blocked it on my iPhone. I have been inundated with calls in the last week from different numbers, but don t know why as I HAVEN T had an accident! Hopefully the law will be changed soon to bin these nuisance calls.

I have had this number ringing for three weeks every other day at aprox 4.20 it rings three times and when I answer it closes how frustrating. I can only think it is a sort of scam

Just to confirm, after my previous post I reported this number to the police, who said it definitely is a scam, and that Microsoft would never call you about this sort of thing. These people will generally want remote access to your computer to "fix a virus" or something like that. They show you some files that they know every computer has and tell you they re harmful, which is completely untrue. They then use the remote access to steal from you. Indian sounding gentleman saying I had a problem with my internet. Wanting me to turn my computer on. I gave him a reason I could not do this he then wanted to know when he could phone back. Tried putting him off but very insistant. So with any luck I wont be here when he calls next

Trying to sell life insurance. Asking for personal details. Has rung several times. Now added to block list

I received a call saying I had won a photoshoot worth ?250 for myself and a friend. I never enter these sort of competitions so was suspicious. The lady tried to get me to make a booking but said I could change it at a later date if needed. I refused to commit and said I needed more time. She offered to ring back after the weekend but stressed that there may not be any more places left!
