The washing machine isn't in my name ???? Told them to get lost and hung up. Now blocked along with the other numbers obviously all linked

This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). They need your debit card details to start paying off debts that you have. They milk you dry while you remain in debt. You lose money to pay their curry and mortgage. They want £50 to $70 per month, you get an empty bank for your trouble. DO NOT FALL FOR INDIAN SCAM, IF THEY WANT A FEE OR MONEY UP FRONT, TELL THEM TO F... OFF.

Claimed to be from carphone warehouse, as soon as I went to speak they hung up. A quick google shows the number is linked to an unrelated government contract which is concerning. I suspect they were phoning only to see if I would answer.
Caller phoned saying they had information about an accident I had. When told I had no accident and they should not call again, she hung up. I ve now added number on my black list and sent them an SMS.

Got a missed call from this number today, thought it may be a friend in the UK but when i rang back it said it was out of service. Anyone know how this is possible? And what is it all about?

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.
Have been receiving calls two or three times every day. Nobody talks when I answer and they have even left a blank voicemail today. Blocked it now.

Aggressive PPI calls. After being told the call was unwelcome, instead of finishing the call the caller started trying to wind me up.
This number called my mobile and claimed to be from HMRC. Said that I was being investigated for fraud and that if I did not press "1" to be connected then a warrant for my arrest would be issued immediately. I hung up, of course.
