I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. African accent from BT .I asked if his CV wasn t good enough to get him a proper job and he called me a M..F.. I suggested that this response wasn t very articulate and his lack if intelligence may be the root of his problems. This provoked even more anger. I then asked if his mother was proud of what he did for a living and he put the phone down. Great fun!!
