SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. I didn't answer because I didn't know the number but they hung up without leaving a message when my answerphone kicked in. I live in NW England and don't know anyone in Guildford so I strongly suspect it was a scam call or some trying to sell me something. It was certainly nobody I would want to speak to.

This number was attached to a scam text telling me a virgin money account (not a customer) was placed on hold. All false.
I have no recollection of this telephone call, but it appears on my bill as 7.52mins at a premium charge of £9.261
mobile rung 09:25 and when answered cut off immediately. No reason for anyone in that area to call me. Suspect scam of some sort.

Very Nice lady helped me financially
Wanted to talk about my life insurance policy but said it was an "AIG policy" which it isn't. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.
