Pretending to be an insurance company interested in my "recent car accident". There has of course been no such accident.

They were calling about marketing and were extremely rude when I said I was not interested.

I ve been getting regular calls from these scum. This number is now dead. Instead they re getting in via the web and it s coming up on my phone as 001036.

Call a person /persons I m assisting simply don t communicate by phone ignore, block , change number. Check if debt is enforceable if not don t pay it ,arrange repayment by letter if you wish or request they take you to court and then leave it until you hear from the court. They can ask for payment they cannot enforce it just change numbers bin letter . Rang mt mobile yesterday. Added them to my blacklist. Tried again today. No idea what they wanted but don't do 'business' by phone.

got an email saying i was eligible for a tax refund aparantly this is a scam and the sender should be tracked and prosecuted.

Apparently they make money on you making a return call...don't ask me how but it sort of makes sense because everyone seems to have the same response.

I have received several calls to my mobile from this number recently. If I don t answer the phone, they don t leave a message and when I do answer it the caller appears to hang up. I am wandering if it is SPAM or a wrong number (but surely if the latter they would have left a message for someone else or spoken to me and discovered the error). I ve noticed several Manchester numbers being associated with unwanted calls to EE customers and wonder if this number is also being used by the same people/company.
