Got a call from someone today claiming to be from trada even though we do not have regular dealings with them and they have no reason to call. Reputable company who do building repairs on behalf of insurance companies.

Constant missed calls for a week. I answered and it was a polite lady from Vodafone trying to sell me something. She knew my name as I am a customer. When I said I was busy she said she will call back another time. This number does not appear on the Vodafone authorised numbers list although it is only one digit out from a lot of their numbers.

He said he was from NS&I, spoke with a very strong foreign accent, possibly Russian. Couldn’t understand him so I hung up.
