This is a Microsoft scammer
Claims that you have an Amazon Prime account and will credit your account, with a number to call to cancel as I do not have prime and checked with the amazon app I know this to be a scam and not the first time I have had this scam though from another number
Claiming to be from Opus saying that another business had received our meter reading on their bill and were complaining about the high amount they were being asked to pay. Given that our electricity usage is very low, this doesn't seem a likely scenario. Could not satisfactorily answer why if they had made a meter reading cock-up it was anything to do with us. Why would we need to be involved at all? Told them I was suspicious of the call and hung up.
