Keep calling a business number from a very noisy foreign call centre demanding we tell them which mobile phone provider we use. Hung up on us two times when asked to take off the mailing list

Each time he calls I have reminded him that we are registered with TPS after which he abruptly ends the call. However, after a couple of days, there he is again!
