SCAM. Indian accent, hectic indian call centre background, typical scammers, they said they recieved word this morning from the UK government that I was in debt. They failed to provide my full name, my address, or any information as to how they got my number other than 'from the government' It's a bit funny because they tried this last month as well off a different number when the government contacted their office to get in contact with me that morning too, they know nothing but your number and partial name
Simon tried to deliver a parcel and no answer i got a ring door bell and theres no sign of simon on my camera think this must be some kind of scam didnt click on link n cant trace number but i will find out all I know is its top sid of Manchester but i hate these text and where did they get my number????

When I said I was retired, she said I wouldn’t be eligible for a tax rebate when I asked what the reason for the call was. She signed off.

Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. It is interesting to note that we are currently job-hunting and one of the people that responded to that, on my partner's email, goes by the same name, representing am employment agency. Known phone hacker , he uses spyweare to spy on people phones he send messages/pictures with an embedded code which opens your phone so he can view messages on all social media, text and whatsapp and emails! He is a peeping tom! Do not open any messages delete immediately and block!
This number called my phone whilst I was out. Upon returning home and returning the call, they asked my name and insisted they hadn't called me. They wouldn't tell me who they were and hung up.
I worked for this guy, Sat. He sexually harassed me on while working. I told him I wasn't into men.

To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.

Automated message claiming to be from Amazon. Claiming that order had been placed on hold due to suspicious activity on card and to press 1 to talk to advisor. Phishing scam.
The text message received from this number on 14/02/2024 at 12:13 simply read: "Got it (thumbs up emoji)" No other content and this number is not in my phone book nor was I expecting any messages like this from anyone. It feels like a text that is trying to elicit a response and leading to a scam/spam.

Call claiming to be Bank Security. Called yesterday using a different number. Both sounded like scams.
On answering the call the caller said my electricity account was due to expire. It is not, in fact it has another 12 months to run from February 2023. The caller spoke with an accent. Due to this the call was ended.

My elderly father had a call this evening at 7pm from this number advising him that £95 was due for his prescription charges. He does not pay for his medications. I will telephone the company who owns the number tomorrow to make them aware that someone is using their number for illegal purposes.
