4 days agoThey say they are for American tobacco they say they are update ing my files .they have certain details but most are incorrect. An absolute scam they said they are from BAT yet say they got information from public records?????? Needs shutting down and jail operatives .needless to say they got nothing from me. Insulation. They claim it's a survey, but you know it's a scam. Silence on line for several seconds. (I do not say anything when answering unknown numbers just to see if it is a robot messenging call). When questioned about what company he was representing, the man purported to be an energy adviser from the Insulation Advice Line. I asked him if he could provide his company number. He replied 'No'. He was rude and talked over me. The threat of reporting him because of TPS violation did not phase him.

Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages.
