SCAM Indian sounding lady, rang twice this week saying they were from BT openreach that there had been a security breach on my internet line trying to hack my broadband, she couldnt tell me any details, so assuming this was a scam I said its fine theres nothing on my laptop for hackers to get, she then wanted my mobile phone details to show me what was happening, I then told her I didn't bring my phone to work and she got angry and said fine if you dont want to protect your line then hung up !!

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Called to say from MBNA and that there was a problem with the account. Indian (asian) voice. Wife was very rude to him. The number that came up was the same as the MBNA help line number with extra 2 added at the end. Called MBNA - very helpful - no they had not contacted us. MBNA say they always text before ringing and only speak to main account holder.

Just got my first one from this number this morning. Before I had chance to open they hung up. Glad I found some info before thinking about ringing them back. I don t know why the authorities don t ban people/companies who do this (i.e. dial and hang up so they will get paid by people trying to call back)

Automated call Recieved a call from this number threatening it was a Fraud investigation giving me a reference number then directing me to press one to get through to an agent. If I hung up and ignored the call I may end up with a fine or court proceedings.no reference as to what the call was related to? Very strange and no reason why I would even recieve such a call. I ended call without proceeding but want others to watch out for such calls as the ber search brought up nothing in terms of an organisation
