Person of asian origin said he was from Currys, asked does he mean the electronic retailer no reply given he then went in to retirick regards mobile networks, blocked the number as I have had quite a few of these type of calls over the last couple of months.

SCAM! Following several silent/scam calls, I normally screen all calls with my answering machine, but decided to pick up this time. Voice at other end said he was calling about a problem with my "Virgin Media broadband". I don't have Virgin Media broadband to told him to piss off! Obviously a scam call from another low-life scumbag.
An Indian guy, saying he is from a housing association something ??? Suggests they are from your bank (but they don't tell you which one because they don't know) Informs you by automated call that large transfers have been made out of your account (which is rubbish). They hope you will be daft enough to talk to them so they can obtain your bank details. Why the Police and Telephone companies still allow these fraudsters to operate it beyond me.

This is a genuine call regarding phoning out of hours drs, they keep phoning to let you know the drs are really busy and they will call you when their free, so really their just apologising for the drs not phoning you back

Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Received a call 01519094412 at 16.10 this afternoon. I didn’t recognise the number and my mobile said it was a suspected spam call so I didn’t answer it and the caller didn’t leave a message.
Spam call I screamed at her beause she thinks i am crazy, and they hangup.
What is the point of a reverse phone number search when all you get in a search reply is where the area code covers and nothing else.
Told me they were calling regarding repairs reported to the housing officer - I don't live in that area or rent!
