I had a call on 1/30/2023 from 44+ 0141 628 5948 and the phone number I was a scam they was trying to see what company I was with on my sim card and they was trying to get my bank details because they said my iPhone been hacked and I need a new one and they wanted my bank details.
SPAM I think. When answered had call center background nose. No one spoke. I ended the call swiftly

SPAM - Unsolicited phone call. After saying "Hello" down the line a burst of computer noise/mumbled automated voice was heard before the call disconnected. Likely an automated call failing to register properly so most likely a scam call.

i had a text message from this number which takes you to what looks like a fake royalmail website. None of the embedded links work on the website. The message at the top of the page seems to suggest these is an unpaid fee on a parcel. - SCAM

I got a call this a recorded message saying that it was from HMRC and they had sent a letter to me which had been returned to them and they were about to start a prosecution against e and I should press the 1 keg to speak to an agent. I immediately hung up. This is an old scam which is apparently still doing the rounds.

Cleverly they've linked their web page up to Airbnb's page so when you look for support, it will take you to the legit page, but the booking page is a complete scam! It'll reject your payment when you confirm your booking and offer you the option to do a wire transfer. The scammer will give you "Airbnb's bank details" (confirmed by an agent, Airbnb do NOT have a bank account) to place your deposit into.

An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. SCAM Think it’s a scam, as person got annoyed when I asked him to repeat the company name, because I didn’t hear him properly. Spoke very quickly, as if to stop me interrupting. I asked him the company name again. It was something electric and he then asked if I had double glazing, when I said it was none of his business he ended the call.
