This number suddenly dialled itself from my phone while I was playing an online game. I was charged ?2.50 for the call. The number is not in my contacts and I did not have the keypad open at the time. I realised what was happening when a notification came up on my phone game page.

I have told them on numerous occassions that they have the wrong number and to remove my contact information but it obviously goes in one ear and out the other! Caller claimed to be from Severn Trent Water telling me that I haven t paid my bill in the last six months - checked the bill and found out that this company charges on a 8 month Direct Debit format. Interesting scam - have informed the company about the call!
01844 398609 keeps calling. Searched code and it comes up as Thame, England. Definitely not answering unknown numbers.
