This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?

At best this a company that breaks the PECR regulations by calling people on the TPS list. At worst it s a scam preying on older people because they don t seem to have a website and are asking whether you re over 65. Don t give them any information, just report them to the Information Commissioner s Office. T

Just received a call from this number about online trading. When asked how they got my number, she said online banner ! Strange - I asked her to remove my details - she said that I would need to speak to someone in the company and would not give me the name of the company. Then hung up on me.

At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. We have recently used Reeds Rains and RightMove - not sure which have sold my number to this company.

Reckons they have a cheque for £3100 which they say is PPI I wrongly paid on a loan, a local delivery man would deliver the cheque and when it is cleared and the money is in my account he will call again to collect Paysafe Vouchers for £225 which I have to buy and show to the cheque deliverer before he will hand over the cheque. I ve never paid this amount of PPI. And it sounds to me as though the Paysafe vouchers are something which these fraudsters have set up so that when I buy the vouchers from the
