Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. got a call from this number and they hung up when I answered. few mins later someone rang quoting my name and address saying we had been getting unwanted calls. they could block these calls etc sounded good till charge of 1.90 a month mentioned. i asked who reported these calls but he said it was a general thing people in this area were suffering from. after hung up I checked the number of who called and was same as first caller who had hung up. these are the very same people we dont want calls from surely?

Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.
