SCAM Pretending to be my daughter asking (in a text pretending the phone was damaged so they couldn’t speak to me) for £1220 urgent into her account. I refused and told them no. They persisted “I’m not lying”. I didn’t believe them. I called my daughter who clarified it was not her.
Had a text from this number stated it was from Evri, re a delivery on checking they wanted a fee to re deliver an unknown item.

Today, told them again and said I was sick of getting these call. Superb sales man told me that I should " get F- - - K ING used to it ". This number called and simply cut off when answered. Checked on here but there were no comments. Called the number to find it wasn't recognised, as per an earlier call from a different number. I can only assume these are scam calls.

british-pakistani scammers from Manchester with links to Southall(West London).
Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC
