SCAM / SPAM Claimed to be from microsoft regarding my office 365 file. Said they got my details from the microsoft website. The person sounded completely untrained and massively nervous. I wasted as much of his time as I could, given that I know more about IT than he and the entire call centre he is sitting in will ever know.
I tried to call back to find out who but kept being told " you have dialed an incorrect number" so thanks to should I answer they are blocked
