This is because your insurer has sold on your contact details to this third party who will try to get you to make accident claims for a cut of the payout. SCAM Advised trying to sell life insurance, got my information from Marketing Department, advised they knew my name but did not address me with my name and when I asked what other personal information they had for me, and where they had got it from, they hung up. I think they have bought personal data to make these calls and this is a scam

Death threats after I refused to give any details to them. I would be VERY cautious about answering calls from this number...as they seem to have address details of the people they contact...
