My husband had a call from these people claiming to be from Credit Investigation Department. He kept calling ny hubbt Ma am instead of sir and he heard me laughing in background and said, why are you laughing you f**king credit b**ch then put the phone down. We found it funny but were shocked at same time.
This number has just called. I answered and, after a period of silence, a computerised voice said, "Goodbye" and the call was terminated. Tossers.
This number called me a few minutes ago, but no one answered when i said 'hello'. gave them a few seconds to respond, but nothing, so put the phone down and checked number on 1471. Pain in the neck! I am registered with the TPS , but that makes no difference these days, still get nuisance calls.

Yes had about 7/8 calls a day from this number and also 02098928721 as well. Have blocked them. Try and get you to give account number from debit card. Both numbers now blocked. Nasty people.

SCAM I was called from this number and told they were B.T engineers, and after keeping the Asian person on the line through broken English I was transferred to a total of 4 different people, all sounding of Asian orientation India I think. Finally, I was asked to go to the google play store and download ANYDESK and install it.I got a bit fed up with the call then and told them it's a scam and I wasn't even on the internet and hung up. but Anydesk would have allowed the people to (take over ) my device.
It s the Local Government Ombudsman service.

Automated message asking for customers of Barclays/Lloyds/TSB to press 5 for more info on money that could be owed. Press 9 to stop getting calls. Pressing 9 does nothing. Same company calls me everyday, changing the last 4 digits of their number. Have filled up my blocked numbers list already with this company alone.
I missed the call - rang back to see who it was. Automated voice "Welcome to accident claims express". Completely unsolicited call, I've never had an accident or a claim.

I answer the number and got a recorded message about claiming back bank charges. I pressed 5 to speak to an advisor as I have never paid bank charges and I have been registered with the TPS for over 10 years. The lady said she was from Consumer Advice Centre in Swansea and she said they buy in contact details and all the TPS registered numbers were supposed to have been removed, but obviously they haven't.
