When I advised I was not at home(despite the fact they had called my landline) heard whispered conversation with a workmate/supervisor,asked to perform the same check on router again I repeated that I was not at home. This appeared to totally confuse the caller whose grasp of english was obviously only what was scripted. I then hung up
