Said he was from O2 offering discounts or additional services for being a loyal customer, seemed polite enough, not incredibly pushy, had my name as well as seemingly some idea of my data usage. Supposedly Kevin from the Bank of Scotland saying someone was trying to access my account.
Call was a recorded message saying that I had 2 transactions off £750 off my Credit card this morning if this was not you press 1. I didn't do it but I did check with my accounts and it appears to be a scam. As they didnt say which Credit company either. Plus surely they wouldn't use a mobile phone either. They would use land line to ring from. Plus an email or text.

On answering the call the caller said my electricity account was due to expire. It is not, in fact it has another 12 months to run from February 2023. The caller spoke with an accent. Due to this the call was ended.

01134780179 called 31 Mar 23 at 17:58 hrs. Female caller advised that some loft insulation has now been classified as dangerous and I qualify for a free survey of my loft.. Advised call that my loft is fully insulated and boarded. Caller said we'll call that closed then. Could that be the caller from 01134780149 at 17:26 hrs earlier same day, and, from 01134780181 at 17:43 same day but didn't leave a message?
