I answered this before it went to answer phone (no messages left when connected to it on previous calls) and got a load of waffle about loft insulation problems. "We have a list of properties ............ " "Well you can remove mine" and I ended call.

Apparently he is calling back tomorrow "before time runs out" on whatever it is he won t tell me about.
