Called several times and even I told them up front I won t be interested, would not remove my number (or mark as uninterested) until they spent two minutes telling me the offer. I kept them talking so that after a 1 minute they didn t have time. So at that point they agreed to remove me .. but I ve blocked them anyway!

Like many other people I have been charged £30.99 which I definitely did not make. On checking this with a2b they can do nothing as they get paid by the provider, in my case, BT. I have made 4 different chat lines to BT but with no effect. They gave me a discount of £5. I was insulted and said I want a refund - the Indian base have told me to email BT at [email protected] I doubt if I will get anywhere and feel this scam should now be exposed to the media. I hope this might help others in this position
