SCAM Called claims to be from BT and ask you to download Quick Support to test your connection. Once they get the 9 digit ID they can then see your screen They ask you to log into websites, copy the url to 'test' the connection. Luckily my pw auto logs in, so I didn't type it. Be wary as on the BT website it does say they wouldn't ask you to screen share
Claimed to be from BT Open Reach and that there are problems with our router. Continued reading from a script even when questioned about the problems.

The user of this number claims to be Perfect Preference - obviously based in India. I have had up to 5 calls per day, a total of 19 in 10 days. When I decline to answer the 1st question (my age), the caller gets aggressive. Some calls have cleared down saying only Good bye .

Web development company from India using a false UK landline number. This is now the 70th call from an overseas company after registering a domain name yesterday. As a web development company of many years standing, we have never had this hassle before when registering new domain names for our clients. These people are like vultures!!!!
