It was to do with my banking contract to help improve my banking package deal ie IF you pay for a premium banking service IE Lloyds Gold where in paying a monthly fee for your account they offer you various insurance packages the twit who phoned me was trying to tell me he was going to improve on my current offer!! I used to donate, but was made redundant so cancelled. I have told them this but I get phone calls every few months. It s annoying because the money they waste on spamming everyone could be better used I m sure.
Claims to be calling from Carphone Warehouse offering a deal on mobile phone. Didn't give them time to explain, asked them to remove my number and never call me back and blocked them. Given my employer has just highlighted to us that there is a scam doing the rounds from companies claiming to be from mobile phone companies, and I have never had any dealings with Carphone Warehouse - its likely this is a scam
this call comes from the all inclusive club trying to sell cheap holidays at all inclusive hotels. Once you have bought into the scheme they bombard you with calls trying to get more money out of you. its impossible to ring back on the number to tell them to stop ringing as well, as you get the "line discontinued" tone. Comes from a call centre abroad i think. I ve had numerous calls over the last few days and each time i answered they just hung up on me, so not answering them anymore.
Calls my mobile on a daily basis about 6p.m. Tells me I need to do something about my pension. A right P.I.T.A. !!
I don't understand these numbers at all. There are two many for a normal STD followed by the number, but oversears calls have a different coding, so what is this?
