Had them call me regardsin PPI claims a few months ago, when paperwork arrived they had not listened to me and all info was wrong so threw it all in the bin, called them up and told them not to contact me again. Its a trustworthy number as its AO.COM. I bought an appliance recently and they were confirming everything. Unfortunately, the guy was persistent on setting up a domestic and general insurance for £7 a month. Annoying as the appliance comes with 2 years warranty. Scam didn't answer but got a voice mail notification.. Voice mail recorded just a few seconds of a badly prerecorded voice and all I got was *before we proceed with legal action* definitely not right..
