It's a recorded message from a PPI company "dear customer, we having been trying to contact you about your PPI claim.."
Checked number elsewhere as no comments here. Some say British gas (number on their website) re smart meters, some say call disconnected if you ask questions, some say messages received like from aliens...? I don t know but would like to bar these calls. Going for 5 as not sure what it really is!

I have reported them to the fraud squad along with emailing my bank to see if I can get the money back through them as I too, borrowed money to do this. This is a naughty one. Someone is using the Motor Insurance Bureau s number to hide their identity. The MIB is the body that coordinates motor vehicle claims in the U.K. If you have not had a vehicle accident don t answer it, or at least ring back later, if you want to.
