I recently received a call from a Debt Help service and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the representative who assisted me. The representative was courteous and empathetic, and took the time to listen to my financial concerns and understand my unique situation. Looks like a financial scammer. Said I had two payments about to be made from my bank account, one for Amazon for £250 and one an international money transaction for £900. Checked with my bank - no transactions due.
Scam. tried to sell something, then when I said not interested, asking where they got my name and number, they changed what they were selling, becoming forceful. I kindly said that they should remove my details from their list and not call again, suggesting they were acting illegally, because I am listed in the TPS, then they slammed the phone down on me.
This number video called me on WhatsApp. Did not pick up. They have a very creepy profile picture.

Calls from this number (and those ending with a few digits different) regularly received on office and home line. In all cases caller fails to leave message. If a return call is attempted the message is "number not recognised". A typical automated call centre - probably insulation scam or similar.

Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.
