Called for a company called Marriot solutions asking me about my pension, said not interested but then persisted and was rude when i told him to remove my number and not call again and still persisted and laughed and when i told him i would complain he told me to go ahead and would not give me his surname and said he did not have one, do not answer the phone, ignore it.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. SCAM / SPAM rang me on house phone and automated message said it was my broadband provider (name not specified) and that they were going to cut it off due to illegal use. it went on to say press 1 to speak to someone.... blah blah blah, I hung up but did not ring my broadband provider from my house phone. by the way WHO CALLED ME I have no idea what automat and paid number is as an option to choose for type of call.. maybe you could explain?
