The company is called Consumer Care Direct based in Manchester and claim to save money for you, as long as you give them some. Settled accident claim (9 months ago, not my fault, no physical injury sustained by me) and eventually accepted small payout after being hounded by solicitors. I imagine they are just random calling after accessing insurance claim/accident data from an unethical source!! Had 3 calls on same day from different unknown / nuisance numbers! Stinks!

Spoke to an asian woman who knew name, address and postcode and asked if I was in the 25 to 35 age group cause I sounded young! Couldn t really understand much else.
