I managed to keep this caller on the line for about 10 minutes. I was told they were to help with Windows problems. I asked for an address and was given 15 Victoria Street London. The helpline number is 0800 031 4414. The first person was female with a foreign accent and mentioned Las Vegas USA then South East Asia and India when I asked where their base was. I had a missed call from this number but when I tried to call it back it doesn’t ring it just makes a long beep tone like it’s not an active phone line. I have also internet searched this number with no results. I believe this number to be a scam.
