Tell you you ve won a competition, then want to tell you about their products.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Threatened to block my connection. I told him where to go and hung up. He called back three times in a different voice and got told again where to go! One of many scammers trying the same old gag. Do not trust, definately sounded dodgy. Got details of me buyin a phone from EE from somewhere, and was trying to use it to target me don t fall for this, anyone who calls you and asks you to confirm details is dodgy

THis company called me and said a member of my family had been involved in a car crash. I asked could this be my mum, who had driven me to work this morning and then gone home, but wouldn t give me more information, or even tell me if she was ok. Eventually they said that she hadn t been in an accident and it was a sales call. Disgusting.

Calling scam, warning about some tax scam, and asking to contact them to pay

PPI left usual garbage on my home answer phone. Labelled it as Spam-20 so I know not to answer it.

Pre-recorded PPI claim message. I get these daily from 0843 numbers but they ve now started phoning me on local area code numbers as well! I can t ignore the calls as they come through to my work phone. I ve registered with TPS and it s made no difference! Ignore and don t call back.
