They are pretending to be from HRMC and say that there is a warrant out for your arrest, as you haven't paid tax for 2 years, then ask you for National insurance number and bank details.

I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. I don't type or do anything but an English automated voice comes on says "sorry I didn't get that", this repeats indefinitely.. pretty sus for a number that's meant to be the counsel. Call received from this number today, 27 February 2023 @ 10:16. I did not answer, but they left a message, which I felt was an attempt to trick me into responding in order to avoid paying unlawful requests for several hundred pounds. I believe this to be a scam call from someone pretending to be from Amazon.

Just received a call from this number asking for my father , bucase the number they called is a works mobile I explanied that he wasnt available , the operator ( asian male ) then asked me does he give you his phone look after , I replied yes to which he called me a fucker and then hung up , he claimed to be from citizens advice originally !
I didn't answer, they didn't leave voice mail. which usually means junk call or worse.

This is another number used by "Alex from the Solar Centre" It is a SCAM, bot ! A cleverly set up bot that can make some sensible replies to my enquiries. e.g. Q Are you working from home? A < a standard response> Please can you repeat that. But then went back to the same old preamble about 4 free home installations in the Dorset area, which it had said 3 times this week already .Each time I block the number, it pops up from an other one!
SCAM - Foreigner speaking bad english saying they are from Virgin Media and that I have a problem with my router. Asking to ue the Windows + R key to run eventvwr. Do not do this or give any information. Kept on asking the caller to state my Virgin Media account number. they eventually put the phone down on me :D

Poor reception where I was when I answered so they couldn't hear me, but they knew my name, eventually they hung up. I rang the number back later and immediately heard an automated message saying my custom was important to them and I would be answered by the next available agent but no-where in the message did they reveal who they were so hung up.
