had a very nice call fron a man with a very thick indian accent called Mike Robertson who refused to give me any details about the company he works for so just wasted 30 mins of his day refusing to give him any of my details finally got the company name out of him called choose lifestyle in the end he gave up looking forward to the next call to waste more of their time

Well they got cut off - put my phone on "do not disturb" 24/7 and "allow calls from contacts" However if you do speak to them and if they ask about an accident best thing is to say "which car?" It gets them every time!
I don t know anyone in Skipton, so have not called back.

SCAM / SPAM Indian call centre with spoofed number. Lots of these calls are blocked by BT Call Protect and/or my number blocking handsets. Best investment I have made though the odd call (usually a new number) gets through. This number was one of the few that did and had a bit of fun wasting their time. Female saying from BT wanting me to check my internet speed. Steve is correct, it is Bauer Media. If you ve entered your number online somewhere for a free magazine (I d asked for Marie Claire / Instyle) then they re calling for your address. Theyll also offer you 3 issues for £1.00. Spoke to a lovely lady and she asked if I wanted future calls for offers and so I said no. It s all legit. However, they need to work on their employees... I had another call minutes later from a guy there who was on the phone to someone else!!
