When I answer the call there is nobody there - even after haning on for more than 10 seconds. This is very irritating.

Anyway, we get a call from these guys however they gave us numbers to ring of customers they had done sites for, they sent us info packs, ROI (return on investment) calculations and basically put my mind at rest as I never buy anything over the phone...
