this is the second number to ring to say that they were calling from virgin media and that I was having problems with my internet and my router was intermittent and had a fault. Please do not call this number back! It is a fault. It has been reported (11.12.18). Possibly a crossed line. You were not called by this number, but a crossed line, or a bot that has hi-jacked this number.
